Welcome to Wings Technologies. By accessing our website or using our white-label development and digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services

Wings Technologies provides white-label digital services including, but not limited to, web development (WordPress, Shopify, React, Next.js), digital marketing, and UI/UX design. Our services are primarily designed for other agencies to resell to their end clients.

3. White-Label & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, Wings Technologies grants the agency partner a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and resell the deliverables. We operate as a silent partner and do not claim credit for the work unless explicitly permitted by the agency partner.

4. Payments & Refunds

Project timelines and payment schedules are defined in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise stated in a specific project agreement.

5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We strictly adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreements. We will not contact your clients directly or disclose our involvement in your projects to third parties without your express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wings Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
